Drezner–Elkahi Project

Urban Renewal on Raziel, Drezner, and Elkahi Streets
In this large complex, situated between three streets in Armon HaNatziv, an urban renewal project is planned.
This project will include approximately 900 residential units.

The development, spanning a steep topography, offers accessible streets and green and brown spaces for public enjoyment. Six towers are planned for the site, with the tallest reaching 36 stories. All towers face the open Jerusalem landscape, offering a spacious and modern living experience.
