At an intersection on the highest point in Old Katamon in Jerusalem, a building that could be seen from many different angles in the city, due to its objective and topographical height, was planned.
This building is not only seen, but looks out over an amazing panoramic view in all directions. At the core of the building is the concept of the view.

The building is spread out like a hand-fan and relates to the Jerusalem landscapes viewed from it, from the old city, to the Israel Museum. And so, it was created without a uniform façade.
The center of the building is located at the intersection of Hama’apilim and Aharoni streets, and by playing on the concavity and convexity of the surrounding areas, it emphasizes the corner while at the same time, softening the mass of the large structure.
The arched lines create unusual and spacious apartments
The design language of the building searches for a modern expression for its large structural mass, not characteristic of the area, while nodding to, and presenting a modern analogy for the design language of the early modern style of the 1930’s that runs through the second line in the Old Katamon neighborhood, one of the oldest in Jerusalem.
