On Mapu 4 Street in the Talbiya neighborhood, adjacent to the Windmill and the King David Hotel, a new 6-story building is being constructed as part of a TAMA 38/2 project.
Its upper floors appear to “rotate” from the street towards the magical view of the Old City.
The building will contain 17 residential units.
