In the heart of the green Rehavia neighborhood, a new building is being constructed under a TAMA 38/2 project.
This involves preserving the front and side facades of the original structure, creating a new integrated and harmonious building.
The building will feature 15 apartments across 6 floors, situated above parking levels and storage units.
