Conceptual planning of a two-family residence on the cliff facing the sea in Zichron Yakov as part of plans for a neighborhood of villas in the area.
The plan uses the sharp slope of the landscape to create varying levels and courtyards facing the view, and incorporating different materials as part of the unique visual language of the area.
