El’azar ha-Moda’i St.
Within the framework of TAMA 38/2 – 3 apartment buildings are being demolished in the heart of the Greek colony.
As part of the new planning, 4 buildings of 8 floors are being built, creating a large front garden facing the street to which a back garden is connected. These gardens preserve the green character of the complex and the neighborhood.
131 housing units are planned in the project.
