Located in the heart of one of Jerusalem’s oldest neighborhoods, the Hatzerot Baka project connects opposites and extremes, a sort of microcosm of what goes on in the city.

It’s a connection between the old and the new – between the authentic Jerusalem of the 19th century, and the current, modern construction, between the historic neighborhood, and the new complex born into it.

A connection between city and park – between the bustling commercial Beit Lechem Street, and the green avenue sprawled over the length of the project, which slowly melts away the urban experience until it opens up into the peaceful, green park located at its edge.

A connection between private and public – between the personal space that separates what belongs to us, the private garden, the path to our home, and the space shared also with our neighbors, the green avenue with its squares and courtyards that weaves the buildings of the project into is length and creates a feeling of connection and community between its residents. A connection between different populations – and between different cultures that creates a fascinating human texture unique to this neighborhood. All these create an interesting, quality residential complex, which provides its residents the opportunity to live in a unique Jerusalem atmosphere.

Park Eight is located on Beit Lechem 66 and includes 56 commercial and residential units.
